NHS Scotland Global Citizenship online conference is on Tuesday 25th April from 9.30-13.30 with the theme Building Equitable Health Partnerships – doing things differently.
Scotland’s healthcare workers have a long history of supporting health systems abroad, and particularly in Low-and Middle- Income countries (LMIC). In recent times, important conversations around the imbalance of power within High-Income Country (HIC) to LMIC global health partnerships.
At the conference, we will explore some of these issues within global health and health partnerships and share ways in which we, as individuals and groups, can ensure they don’t continue.
